Baking Recepies!

I'm an obsessive baker.. I'm not happy unless I have cookies, and muffins, and bread.. Does anyone else bake a lot? Do you have favorite recipes? Post 'em!

Aw, you hit on one of my favorite things: anything fresh baked.

I don't get to do it as much as I'd like though. I make some shortbread that people seem to like, and pretty good cheese cake too.

There was this episode of Good Eats that explained how to modify cookie rescipies to be more chewy or more cakey and all that.


And Tepes, what kind of cookies? Stella D'oro Swiss Fudge are up there on my list.

Storebought cookies are a poor substitute!

Even peanut butter cookies taste better, and they're rediculously simple to make, and can get rid of that hard, un-oily lump of peanut butter that always seems to stick to the bottom of a jar.

Nonono.

I only bake the pre-canned cookies like Pilsbury or whatever!

Well.. I -can- make scratch cookies.. but.. I am too lazy. MURAH!

God... What do you eat people? Eat real food. That actually tastes like real food. Not junk food. Real food. It exists. At least in Europe.

We're not all in Europe. -_-
