Balor needs clanning to the Guest of Hules.. orrr!

Harven of the Fyrd needs Guest of Hules clanning.

Harven attacked Balor when he was sparring another Fyrd PC.

Promoted Balor to be in the Fyrd and Wardsmen so that doesn't happen anymore.
