Have you discovered that you can't receive emails from lost-tales.org? I just discovered with someone yesterday that we just might be ending up in your junkmail box.
Check your junkmail for our emails, and try to tell your client that we aren't junk.
Only if you're having this problem, of course. It's not just for your first password - we answer the petitions queue with email, too, if we aren't on to hear the petition ourselves, so you may have some answered petitions in there, too.
