Language Skills Improve too Quickly?

Hey Kith--
Wanted to flag for you that the skill gain rate for language skills seems to be pretty quickly; particularly the acquisition rate from no knowledge to "Novice" which, for all intents and purposes, essentially gives the player, if not the PC, a full range of understanding of the language itself.
You may want to tweak it to slow it down a bit.

Fixing how languages is handled is something on my todo list. I've got a few ideas for systems in my mind, and will probably test them out in the coming months.
